Ask A Stage Goddess - How Do I Facilitate A Mastermind Group?

·       A mastermind group is designed to help you navigate through challenges using the collective intelligence of others.
Start small with 5 or 6 smart peers who have similar goals yet bring different strengths to the group. You will become each others support system and often collaborate on each others projects.

Here is a simple meeting structure for a mastermind that meets once a month:
After the meeting is called to order, go around the room and each person shares a recent “win” like getting a new job, writing a chapter of a book or even decluttering a home.
The second round each person shares where they are concerning whatever they are currently working on.
The third round is where each person asks for help in an area where they may be stuck.  Other members (one at time) brainstorm ideas, share resources or connects that person to someone in their network who could be of assistance.
The last round is where everyone states what goals they will be working on for the next 30 days. You will be surprised at how quickly this process produces amazing results.

Do you believe in the power of the Mastermind?
